9th Annual Immigration Monologues

October 12, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Mason DREAMers, F1rst Gen Mason, Filipino Cultural Association of George Mason University, Hispanic Student Association, GMU Asian Pacific American Coalition, ΛΥΛ – La Unidad Latina – Alpha Delta Chapter- George Mason University, GMU Black Student Alliance, and The Black, African-Heritage, and Caribbean Coalition, present the 9th Annual Immigration Monologues: “United Voices, Empowered Identities.”

We invite everyone to attend this highly anticipated event as we celebrate the various experiences of the immigrant community as we hear stories of resilience and resistance from students, community members, and activists. Through dialogue we hope to create community and empowerment.

Join us Saturday, October 12th from 6:00 – 9:00pm in the Johnson Center Cinema, at George Mason University’s Fairfax Campus. This event will be catered.

In an effort to further more opportunities to support our undocumented community, we also encourage you to donate to the “Mason DREAM Scholarship Fund”. The scholarship is open to students whose immigration status might otherwise hinder them from accessing higher education.
